Welcome to the 2024 Indiana County-Level Needs Assessment! This assessment, as part of the Lilly Endowment-sponsored Playbook Project, was created to examine mental and behavioral health workforce capacity in Indiana. It encompasses an examination of both population and workforce characteristics, offering valuable insights into assessing the demand and capacity of the mental and behavioral health workforce as well as insights into pipeline characteristics. Inventory of Training Programs
With the close collaboration of IPLA and CHE, we are proud to present the Inventory of BHHS Training Programs. This is the first publicly available, comprehensive inventory of training programs in Indiana that prepare individuals to become behavioral health professionals. This list is filterable and includes an identifier that shows whether a program qualifies an individual as is or if special courses are necessary to qualify for the licensure exam.
